Terms and Conditions



All cat(s) to be boarded must have a current vaccination certificate against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Cat Flu and treatment must have been completed at least 14 days before boarding with us. The certificate will be held by Cat Willows during the boarding period.



Your cat must be free from fleas and worms and have received effective treatment before coming into Cat Willows. Should flea and/or worm infestation be discovered during your cat(s)’ stay, you will agree to Cat Willows administering effective treatment, under the direction of a Vet, p ayable by the Owner.



Owners are to give full details of any existing or pre-existing medical issues prior to boarding and update the cattery of any changes each time the cat is left in the cattery.



We are happy to administer medication, under the direction of a Vet at the owner’s request and responsibility.



Dietary requirements will be agreed prior to boarding. We are happy to serve special diets at the owner’s request and responsibility.



If your cat should become ill and veterinary treatment is deemed necessary for your cat’s well being we reserve the right to call a Vet and act upon their advice. Where possible we will use the Vets where the cat is registered, however, in an emergency out of hours Vets may have to be used. The Vets Fees will be payable by the owner or the owner’s insurance.



Regrettably, unneutered male cats cannot be accepted for boarding. However, male kittens too young for the operation will be accepted.



Owners with multiple cats consent to their cats sharing a chalet/family chalet and agree to them being separated if problems arise. Additional costs to be met by the Owner on their return



Owners agree to the use of cattery toys, bedding & activity centres & allow staff interaction with their pet(s).



Please transport your cat in a suitable, secure basket.  This will decrease the stress involved to your cat(s) and provide safe transportation. We will store the carrier during your cat’s stay with us.



If the Owner is delayed and cannot collect their cat, and the cattery is full and cannot provide a chalet, we will hold the cat in the Cattery Holding area until such time as the Owners return or arrange collection.



In the sad case that a cat is not collected and no communication is received by collection date, Cat Willows will reserve to right to gift the cat to a suitable animal charity for re-homing.



In the very unlikely event of a cat dying whilst staying at Cat Willows, we will make every effort to inform you immediately and take the cat to your/our Veterinary Surgery for the appropriate services. All costs to be met by the owner or the owner’s insurance.



Payment Terms:

  • A minimum of 3 days booking is required.
  • We can accept Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer



Cancellation Policy:

  • You may of course collect your cat early, but the full booking fee will remain payable.
  • Cancellations within 15-30 days will incur 50% payment; cancellations within 1-14 days will incur full payment unless the chalet can be re-let.
  • Christmas and New Year (24 Dec – 1 Jan) cancellations will incur full payment unless the chalet can be re-let.



Whilst every care and precaution is taken, responsibility can only be accepted at the Owner’s risk.



These current Terms & Conditions will be considered as accepted and binding with each booking confirmation & revoke all former versions

We gather information voluntarily from you when you request information or make a booking and sign our Consent Form. This information is used only to provide you with information about our cattery boarding services. This includes Name, Address, Email, Contact Numbers, your pet’s Veterinary Medical Details and Diet.

Your personal information is strictly confidential and will only be shared with the agreed Veterinary Practice in the event your pet requires veterinary assistance during its stay at Cat Willows.

Your personal information is kept safe and will only be kept as long as required to maintain a current database of customers. Furthermore, we are required under the terms of the Boarding Licensing Regulations to keep this information.
